We offer shipping each business day by UPS.
We use only our own shipper account numbers.

Shipping charges are based on our best estimate for weight and box size and may not reflect the actual shipping rate.

For Orders Shipped Outside The U.S.: Freight Charges Do Not Include Import Duties, Taxes or Fees.

Shipping Weights shown on the web pages are Estimates. Box size can also affect the shipping cost calculations.

The HS/HTS (Schedule B) Tariff Commodity Codes shown on our site are for reference only and subject to interpretation and changes by the customs agents in your country.

The Country of Origin for products are subject to change. Different countries use different methods to determine the origin such as actual manufacturing location versus where it was boxed or packaged. Kits can have multiple items coming from multiple origins.

Each year the shipping companies suspend their delivery time guarantees during the Christmas season and for local poor weather or natural disasters.

Large or heavy orders that must be shipped by truck will have the freight costs quoted to you prior to shipping.

*** Orders shipped by USPS Mail do not have reliable tracking capabilities and are made at your own risk.
USPS Mail shipments outside the United States often have no tracking at all.
InternetPump.com does not assume any responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged USPS Mail shipments.
No recourse or reimbursement is available from InternetPump.com for USPS Mail shipments.

By default, orders with back-ordered items are held until they can be shipped complete.
You may request partial shipment if you wish, separate shipping charges will apply.

By default, shipments within the United States are sent without a delivery signature requirement. Delivery companies reserve the right to require a signature for any delivery however.

Problems with a shipment such as a shortage or incorrect item must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery.
 
 
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES:

Shipping companies are now charging fees for shipping addresses with errors requiring any corrections. Shipping addresses must be correct and complete or it will result in additional charges to you. Matters including wrong street numbers, wrong postal codes, bad spelling, incorrect abbreviations or missing information such as suite numbers will result in additional charges. Changing the address of a shipment in transit will also result in additional charges.
